Artist's Comments
This was a submission for my school's student submitted art magazine "Beard Full of Butterflies."
The original [link] was done with a mechanical penical (0.5mm... nothing special) and parts of it may have been done with an ordinary No. 2 pencil. I did a lot of editing, which took most to all of my 2007 Spring Break, on Adobe Photoshop 7.0, with this piece being the first project I have worked on Photoshop. I may get in trouble for this piece because it may advocate drug usage (the syringes and pills), or homosidal, or suicidal thoughts, or cutting (the bone saws, autopsy hooks, and scalpels), but I can always say it is an anti-drug campaign or some friendly BS like that. |
